NDiff 細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)添加物
NDiff N2是成分*確定的、不添加血清的添加物,用于組織來源的神經(jīng)干細(xì)胞(tissue-derived neural stem (NS) cells)的分化獲取、維持培養(yǎng)、定向分化。Cellartis除了傳統(tǒng)型的NDiff N2,還提供不包含動(dòng)物源成分(animal-free (AF))的NDiff N2。NDiff N2可以和與不含動(dòng)物源成分的RHB-Basal一起使用,從而開發(fā)適合使用者特殊細(xì)胞類型的培養(yǎng)基。
NDiff N2和NDiff N2-AF含有insulin, APO-transferrin (iron poor), progesterone, putrescine, 以及sodium selenite。

NDiff N2 is a proprietary, compley-defined, serum-free cell culture supplement for the derivation, maintenance, expansion, and/or differentiation of human and mouse stem cells and tissue-derived neural stem (NS) cells. Both traditional and animal-free (AF) versions are available. For optimal performance, NDiff N2 should be used with RHB-Basal medium; this medium is animal-component free and does not contain neuronal supplements, allowing medium customization to meet the specific requirements of your cells.

RHB-A和RHB-Basal是兩款無血清、成分*確定的培養(yǎng)基,用于人類或小鼠神經(jīng)干細(xì)胞(NS)的定向分化獲取、維持培養(yǎng)、擴(kuò)增、誘導(dǎo)分化成神經(jīng)細(xì)胞等用途。
RHB-A,下一代N2B27神經(jīng)分化培養(yǎng)基。可用來培養(yǎng)擴(kuò)增貼壁的人或小鼠的神經(jīng)干細(xì)胞。在RHB-A中培養(yǎng)的神經(jīng)干細(xì)胞保持著穩(wěn)定的神經(jīng)干細(xì)胞分化發(fā)育成為成熟的神經(jīng)細(xì)胞的能力 (1-3) 。另外,RHB-A還用來定向分化小鼠胚胎干細(xì)胞(mouse ES)至神經(jīng)前體細(xì)胞 (neural precursors) (4-6)。
RHB‐Basal不包含生長(zhǎng)因子或是神經(jīng)細(xì)胞相關(guān)的添加物。因此,可以RHB‐Basal為基礎(chǔ),通過添加客戶認(rèn)為需要的添加物來開發(fā)適合客戶的特殊類型細(xì)胞的培養(yǎng)基。
